For interruption-free production, ECKOLD offers you digital remote maintenance of your machines and devices. Your advantage: fast identification and elimination of problems, minimising downtimes. Digital remote maintenance is of course also much cheaper than a technician call-out. All our remote maintenance staff are qualified ECKOLD technicians.

How to avail of our service:
Call the ECKOLD service team, having the technical details (machine model, serial number) of your machine to hand. You can reach us during our normal office hours from Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to16:00) and on Fridays (08:00 to 14:00) at +49 5582 802 400.


We will then arrange for a remote session and establish a connection to your visualisation system. This can be done at short notice and at a time that suits you best. If necessary, we also arrange for remote maintenance sessions outside normal working hours.

Remote maintenance costs 

During normal working hours, we charge a remote connection flat fee of € 99. The first hour of software support costs € 105. The same rate applies to any additional hour or 30 minutes thereof. On working days but outside normal working hours, we charge a surcharge of 100%. On weekends and public holidays the surcharge is 140%.

All quoted prices are net prices, subject to VAT as applicable. Please note that the charges are deemed accepted by you the moment you allow us to establish a connection to your machine. Should the initial remote analysis reveal that the problem has been caused by an error or fault on the part of ECKOLD, all remote maintenance charges are of course refunded in full.
